I value your investment in family history research. I will provide best efforts in efficiently conducting research on your family. Occasional "dead ends" happen in family research - in several of my lines it has been impossible to tell where someone came from, even as recently as the mid-1800's. I offer no guarantees as to how many ancestors of yours I will be able to find, or how much information I will be able to find on each person, if any. However, I will do my best and will document my searches.

When you order the 10 Hour or 40 hour packages, I will work those full time periods. Travel times to any archives or research facilities will count towards the time allotments in the packages - any travel time will absolutely be required to be approved by you in advance. The vast majority of research will be performed from my home office.

I subscribe to nearly all genealogical societies and research facilities, as well as numerous newspaper archives, books in print searchgroups, etc. These costs are all covered in the package fees. There may be occasional optional fees, usually involved in obtaining copies of wills, court judgements, property records and military records. If you elect to receive these I will notify you in advance of any costs.
